Premoño

Premoño is a small locality in the municipality of Las Regueras, in Asturias, situated on the ridge above the Nalón river valley on the Camino Primitivo route approaching Grado. The elevated ridge position gives momentary wide views over the valley and the basin below before the descent.

The terrain is the typical enclosed hill landscape of central Asturias, and the surrounding woodland and pasture maintain the lush quality of the humid Atlantic interior throughout the year.
