Novellana

Novellana is a small locality in the municipality of Cudillero, in Asturias, situated on the clifftop terrain west of Cudillero on the route toward Cabo Vidio. The village occupies an elevated coastal position with wide views over the Bay of Biscay and along the Asturian cliff coast in both directions.

The surrounding terrain is the exposed western Asturian clifftop: gorse, heather, and short grass on the headland, with limestone formations and the Atlantic dropping away below the cliff edge. The Cabo Vidio lighthouse is visible on the headland ahead on clear days.
