Ramil

Ramil is a small locality in the municipality of Triacastela, Lugo, Galicia, on or near the Camino Frances route in the mountain terrain approaching Triacastela. The hamlet has a quiet agricultural character in the enclosed green landscape of the Lugo mountain interior.

The surrounding terrain has the characteristic Galician combination of oak and chestnut woodland on the slopes, green pasture in the sheltered hollows, and stone farmhouses with hórreo granaries distributed across the hillside.
