Mundin

Mundín is a small locality in the municipality of Fene, in the province of A Coruña, Galicia, on the Camino Inglés route descending from the Ferrol ría toward the Eume valley and Pontedeume. The settlement has a quiet rural character in the enclosed green valley landscape typical of this part of the A Coruña coast interior.

The surrounding terrain has the humid Atlantic character of the Galician lowlands, with mixed woodland, pasture, and the stone farmhouses and hórreo granaries of traditional settlement. The descent toward the Eume gives the route a gradual transition from the industrial ría environment to the more rural coastal interior.
